How to Reconstitute a Peptide Vial

1
Let the vial reach room temperature — remove from refrigerator 15–20 minutes before reconstituting.
2
Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry completely.
3
Draw BAC water into a syringe — use the amount you entered above (typically 1–2 ml for most vials).
4
Inject slowly down the glass wall — do not shoot directly onto the lyophilised cake. Angle the needle so liquid runs down the side.
5
Gently swirl — never shake. Rotate the vial between your fingers until the powder is fully dissolved (usually 30–60 seconds).
6
Store reconstituted peptide at 2–8 °C (refrigerator). Most peptides remain stable for 4–6 weeks once reconstituted.
Why 1 ml BAC water? Adding 1 ml to any vial gives you the simplest mental math — your concentration in mg/ml equals the vial's mg value. A 10 mg vial + 1 ml = 10 mg/ml = 100 mcg per IU. Use 2 ml if you want finer dose control (50 mcg per IU).
